Fang Ling-An

is an international educator, program designer, and consultant…
Her work supports institutions, organizations, and communities in cultivating clarity, helps resilience, and coherence across cultural contexts.

Ling-An Fang is an international educator, program designer, and consultant working at the intersection of creative education, emotional intelligence, and ecological awareness. Her work supports institutions, organizations, and communities in cultivating clarity, resilience, and coherence across cultural contexts.

With roots in Taiwan and a base in the United States, Ling-An brings an East–West perspective shaped by extensive cross-cultural experience. She has lived and worked across multiple regions, collaborating with diverse communities and institutions to design programs that integrate creativity, emotional regulation, and nature-informed systems thinking.

Her approach is grounded in education and practice rather than ideology. Drawing from creative processes, visualization, and reflective learning, she develops programs that are accessible, culturally adaptable, and applicable in real-world settings. These programs are offered through workshops, lectures, and collaborative initiatives, both onsite and online.

Her teaching and curriculum design are informed by a long-standing artistic practice. Through processes of making, observation, and engagement with visual language, Ling-An approaches art as a way of understanding inner experience and the surrounding environment, rather than as an emphasis on artistic technique or expression. This creative grounding shapes how she facilitates awareness, understanding, and integration within educational settings.

Ling-An’s work emphasizes long-term integration over short-term intervention. By aligning inner awareness with creative expression and environmental sensitivity, her programs invite participants and institutions to engage with complexity in a grounded, thoughtful way.

Programs and collaborations are offered internationally in partnership with educational, cultural, and wellness-related organizations.
Selected one-to-one conversations are available by application.
